    Advice to Management

Remember that your employees have a life outside of the company and respect their right as an employee to enjoy their time off. Even though I gave over ten years of my family’s and my life I was treated as someone expendable at every turn. I proved time and again my loyalty to the company yet I was just another number. I was able to learn and develop a lot of skills from this company’s resources but another company will benefit from those skills. For a company that “prides” itself on employee growth, I was shown time and again my hard work meant nothing to my leadership.
