I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great benefits, varied and and large breadth of high tech disciplines to pursue, impressive range and quantity of internal/external training opportunities, very rich history of innovation.

    Cons

Very large company, despite recent great efforts - still not as agile as smaller companies

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work but please revamp the internal job search process, especially the web based job search.

    Pros

Many benefits and the pay was great especially if you were good.

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people to work with, good pay if you push yourself and your limits

    Cons

Managers are overbearing and require to much from the sales associates without giving anything back.

    Advice to Management

Lay off of the employees if you aren't willing to help them with what they need.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits and pay. Seniority based system. If you attend church on Sundays this is not the career for you.

    Cons

All promotions are unattainable unless you are in the politics game. Constant pressure to sell, sell, sell. Absolutely no weekends off, ever. Cannot take vacation days off from Nov 2 through January 1st ever. Get written up for breathing wrong. Every single thing you do is observed at all times.

    Advice to Management

Micro management is rediculous. Punishing employees for not selling is not the way to manage. Make fair schedules. Set an example for your team.
