    It has opportunities for no matter what you want to do. It's always changing and challenging.

    Cons

    Must be mobile. Poor management health insurance benefits. More reactive than proactive.

    Advice to Management

    Continue breaking down the hierarchy. Engage the youth on contributing to the growth of the company.

    Good pay and good benefits.

    Cons

    Even after nearly 20 years of meets or exceeds expectations, laid off several of the "Legacy" T employees with little thought of who is going to do what.

    Keep good employees.

    Worked for several great managers. They used have to good benefits but continually have cut back

    Marketing Leadership in enterprise business typically doesn't have a marketing background - latest CMO is an engineer by trade - The CMO role is a revolving door in enterprise services with inexperienced leaders who don't understand the discipline of marketing
