    Negative Outlook

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

In the early days this was an incredible job with great management supporting each and every employee with superior compensation.

    Cons

As AT&T got more involved customer service and product success became second to profits ultimately forcing good employees to leave as well as potentially great clients to cancel and switch to the competition. It is a really a sad story

    Advice to Management

My advice to upper management is to listen to those who are on the street everyday. Your soldiers are the ones in the trenches fighting the competition and they know what is required to have a successful program

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Paid training and reimbursement on gas, miles, meals if training id outside of home location.

    Cons

Compensation plan is changed for the worst each year but the work load is constantly being increased. Horrible hours so no work-home life balance.

    Advice to Management

Compensate for the work we are required to do!
