    if you know what your doing you can make a lot of money. great chances for advancement and good pay and benifits.

    Cons

    The only thing that I have to complain about is the hours. they work you to death and you will have no life outside of att.

    When you hire management, please take their IQ into question. Some of the upper management are absolute dingbats. When selecting managers within stores make the selection process fair

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Fantastic pay, company paid FMLA. Great training, relaxed dress code

    Cons

    Goals unreasonably high, if you miss work due to approved illness it affects your goals negatively . Employed gave worked vacation days and days off just to hit goal.

    Advice to Management

    Relax. Lower the unreasonable goals you wouldn't have such high turnover.
