I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pay is great with good health benefits. Ability to move up and branch into different positions within the company. Great initial training, as well as, additional training throughout.

    Cons

Long hours, often needed to be available even when off. If looking to be promoted, must be willing to relocate.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great pay and made a ton of relationships with customers. Worked closely with coworkers that became "family".

    Cons

It is very hard to balance work and family. You work alot of hours in a week, with very long days. Management (at least mine) was HORRIBLE.

    Advice to Management

Instead of worrying about the employees making sales, you really need to speak with them about their in house management. Very interesting the amount of deceit, favortism and disgusting behavior that goes on.
