Good pay, commision on video service is that highest between competitors, union.
Cons
Managers are not unionized so you might find them helpless if you needed help. Unethical pushes to sell a dying tv service (by some managers). Point system for absence ( 8 points, you gain all of them you get fired). disconnected from the world selling culture.

They work you to death, discipline always ends in suspension without pay, no such thing as progressive discipline.
Advice to Management
Pay your Prem Techs more money now that they are doing two jobs, uverse and direct TV services. And yes we are skilled employees.

back your employees up and quit forcing people to work hours well beyond the scope of a full time (40 hour) position.
