high pressure sales tactics, pointless training that doesn't actually apply to the real world - very top heavy, old school (in a bad way) corporate bureaucracy. When we lowered the price of unlimited talk by $30 per month, the old customers had to find out for themselves to get it lowered. We still charged them the old rate for months and months after it was changed. unethical company
