    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

AT&T was the best place I could have ever been to grow. I would recommend this company 100% of the time.

    Cons

Good Ole Boy system. Unfortunately, you cannot move around easily within the company unless you know someone. Shame.

    Advice to Management

The company as a whole needs to re-evaluate the hiring processes. If you aren't friends with the hiring manager or recommended then you are over-looked.

    Pros

This is a real good job while going to school because they are real flexible with you school hours and can work with a schedule you would like to work.

    Cons

This is a call center so there is a lot of calls that you will receive back to back and real strict in clocking in and out for start and end of your shift, breaks, and lunches. Also if hired as a contractor or part time you don't get any paid time off.

    Advice to Management
