    The training, learning about the new technology getting first dibs to play with it is amazing! Pay , rewards , phones

    Cons

    Can be very stressful if you do not know how to sale and can't meet goal

    Advice to Management

    Interact with your employees and see if they need help don't be the type to criticize and yell and not actually sit down and talk with your employees

    Pros

    Good benefits, good perks (reward points, free stuff,free phone) 401k, pension

    Cons

    Shitty hours retail, standing up all day, goals keep going up, Pay keeps going down. Pay is capped..company eliminated the FR position to save money..I wouldn't be surprised if this job is non commissions in a few years. Management forces new reps to push products down customers throats, bad CES but high sales is what they are all about. No one ever gets anything done.

    Advice to Management

    Quick cutting corners.
