    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working in retail offered the opportunity for a semi flexible schedule.
There is some room to move up and gain new experience.
Backing of union while a retail sales consultant.

    Cons

Having to work every weekend and holiday.
Being threatened if quotas are not met with additional trainings.
Being held accountable for some things that you have little control over.
    Shrinking commission.

    Advice to Management

Make the retail experience more family friendly for employees. It was very difficult at times to get time off to have work/life balance.
