I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great management at my level at least. There is not a lot of turnover in my group. I need more words to meet the requirement.

    Cons

We are so big and slow it takes a lot of time and patience to get things done. We cave under our own weight. However, that same scale is what allows us to do big things other companies can’t.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to employees feedback and act on it.

    Pros

Pay is great. Overall the job is very easy to understand and be good at. Very flexible with hours and time off.

    Cons

Pressuring sales goals are a nonstop focus. There are many rules, regulations and required ways of doing things that you become micromanaged more than needed. In order to succeed enough to even keep your job, be prepared to abandon some moral principles you may have.

    Advice to Management

Because of the high stress of the goals. Dodging sales, tricking customer, lying and manipulating accounts have become a regular routine for all the associates.
