    Pros

As a company AT&T is not demanding. Jobs are easy going, basically 9 to 5.

There is no job security as management is always seeking to right size the company. Fear of losing jobs is driving experienced people to leave in droves. In this day and age, people cannot work from home, they still need tocome into work.

Promote RSCs after a physic evaluation and MICA training; they need a realistic view of the ENTIRE business not just sales.
