I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Challenging yet rewarding work, I can work from home which is great, I am always reachable with my laptop and cell phone. Love my customers

    Cons

Due to employee reductions, working 2 modules plus supporting multiple sellers on top of my own customers. Many changes and constant threat of instability for our roles.

    Advice to Management

People, not automation is what customers want. Personality and follow through builds trusting partnerships

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great coworkers especially the store I was in. pay was ok

    Cons

Don't make a mistake if your new there are no second chances. Companies pushes for home security sales and direct tv sales which takes away sales. Upper management loses focus on what customers want

    Advice to Management

Don't push your methods of selling on others. Everyone does things differently and being different isn't a bad thing, also give people a second chance every now and then.
