    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've held many positions at AT&T and through my many years here I have always left a position more skilled and confident that the work I had performed contributed to the success of the company. The benefits are really great compared to other Fortune 100 companies. I have some of my best years working here and have come away with life long friends and job skills that make me competitive in any industry.

    Cons

Don't expect alot of pats on the back or accolades. With the constant innovation going on it's difficult to get noticed for what would normally be a huge undertaking in another company. Recognize the opportunity for the experience you are receiving because there's no other company that can provide you with the abundance of exposure to so many subject areas and new technologies.

    Advice to Management

Recognize the little people. The success of an organization is just as much a result of it's workers as is their leadership.
