Stop outsourcing US jobs its degrading the service to the clients in a big way. The little money saved will be reflected in client satisfaction.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Is this some kind of sick joke? I guess the job title...

    Cons

No room for negotiation on anything. Do not even have the decency to pay for parking after not negotiating a thing. I am the highest paid on my team. You can make more money working hourly just about anywhere.

    Advice to Management

You have a lot of things to fix. I can promise you more people are looking for jobs the minute they have an offer. Only reason they take a job with you is because they need one, myself included. My entire team has been looking to leave since before their first day.

    Pros

I really liked working at AT&T great benefits, perks, life balance, etc.

    Cons

If they lose the account you are let go....they do not try to help you get another position. Basically you are on your own.

    Advice to Management

Don't recruit people so hard to come to AT&T then treat them as worthless when the account dries up.

    Pros

Outstanding structure and support of the PMO. The best place to work for Project Managers. Career advancement is promoted with management.

    Cons

I understand there are layoffs but they are too frequent without the employee merit consideration.

    Advice to Management

Let the lower level managers determine the layoff candidates based upon merit.

    Pros

Yearly Bonus, Co-workers are great. Benefits are good with health and 401k. You also get a discount on their products and services

    Cons

You are just a number to the company. They have both Union employees and Management. The reason this is under a Con is because they will treat the managers like they are union employees.
