    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Mega company which allows for unlimited possibilities and career growth - in theory.

    Cons

Smart employees will keep informed on all Mergers and acquisitions, new business direction, leadership changes, budget changes, etc. Doing so might help you to plan career moves and avoid lay-offs. It’s a full time job staying employed at AT&T.

    Advice to Management

AT&T, Specifically Cricket is a beast! The days when managers cared disappeared a decade ago. You are only going to get out of employees what you invest into them. No investment, no loyalty. AT&T has lost its HUMANITY and SOUL and only exists as binary code - unfeeling, heartless.
