    High Integrity, great leadership, good culture and products.

    Can be slow moving. You should think twice, if you get frustrated by heavy process etc.

    I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Since is a union job you have great benefits. 2 raises a year. After a year, 17 days off with pay. If you have to work a holiday you will be pay double. If you work Sunday you will be paid time and a half. Every month no matter what you schedule, you will have a contract weekend off. You have the option to take training and get certified. the discounts on att services.

    Cons

    This is a customer service oriented company so you have to be very carefull when dealing with a problematic customer. The work schedule change every 2 months, plus you have a contract weekend off every month. So if you want to attend collage it will be really hard.

    Advice to Management

    Some managers stress about efficiency, thank god mine doesn't. You can see the result on less repeats, higher quality, higher customer satisfaction. 4 stars baby..
