I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)
Good pay, flexible hours and a decent set of tools.
Unorganized and understaffed. Too much turnover and things left unfinished. Not clear on duties and responsibilities and with the high turnover, work gets dropped on others and the quality declines. The customers are left upset/unsatisfied.
Advice to Management
Get organized and stop hiring temps.AT&T built it's foundation on dedicated and loyal employees. That is because they once believed that if they took care of their employees, the take care of their customers. That needs to be the case again.
