    Pros

    Great place to work. Great Benefits. Tuition reimbursement is a big help. Lots of oppurtuntities for advancement. Great environment. Pay is above average. Works with school schedule.

    Cons

    Scheduling is a bit stiff. If you Requirea job with more flexibility, you might want to look else where. Only allowed x amount of hours off per year.

    Remember that your reps are people too!

    great benefits like 401k, pension health & dental. discounts are really great too!

    Cons

    too much stress. customers are rude and difficult. some of the management is like a gang and will only treat you well if you get sales no matter how you get them.

    Advice to Management

    RELAX. happy employees = happy management.

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits, as tenure improves better scheduling becomes available. Opportunity to increase pay a lot with awardbucks and commission. Pretty decent amount of payed time off is earned with time.

    Cons

    Micro managing can be the biggest thing. High pressure to sell. Very little recognition. Very strict attendance policy

    Advice to Management

    Less pressure, more recognition! Happier work environment. There is potential for this to be an amazing job! Some of the best workers have come and gone.
