    My best reasons to work at at&t is my knowledge of technology and helping out customers making it a less stressful decision to buying cellphones.Making sure they leave with a satisfied purchase

    Some downsides would be on how to manage transaction time with the customer not taking a whole lot of their time.

    Making sure there is a lot training in the job . And improve on customer service, also manage transaction time.
