    Advice to Management

    Don't send your representatives home if they hurt your "stats". It's like y'all forget we have families to feed and take care of.

    Benefits: health, retirement, vacation time, phone plan

    Constant change in the industry

    Advice to Management

    Work hand and hand with sales reps, not against. Sales reps had different goals than managers. Hard to complete your own goals when the manager wants you to do what they are getting pushed to complete.

    One weekend off per month, Work in all weather conditions, Some plant is difficult to work in, Open 365 days a year

    Coach up more, Train all employees for all skills that coincide with the job tasks.

    Pros

    Great base pay and commission, At&T always has great spiffs and benefits. You get half off on majority of their services (cellular , tv, internet)

    Cons

    The company is very dynamic so things aren’t consistent for very long depending on location people can get moved around a lot but this is primarily due to people getting promoted.

    great pay, flexible, competitive and fun atmosphere, commission plus base, cell phone and home entertainment discounts, 50 percent accys discount

    Cons

    favoritism, long hours, no wkends (if ya still believe in those) holidays, for get them! you have to be able to adapt to many personalitys which can be overwhelming at first but if ya stick it out you'll acquire a skill set that is priceless

    Team based with a ton of time to yourself. Great company perks

    The day to day crying of grown adults. Throwing managers to the field does nothing but cause issues.

    Pros

    Good pay, great Benifits. Every job is different and you may get to travel. Work outside and with customers to do fiber optics and satellite services

    Cons

    Working in confined and dirty environment like attics and crawl spaces. Working rain or shine, cold or hot and still where a smile

    Management need to pay techs more money for the hard work we already do. It’s hard to raise a family while working till you drop.
