    there are great opportunities to move around within the company, excellent salary and benefits. AT&T fosters an innovative environment - "rethink possible".

    Cons

    Pressure to work long hours, tight deadlines. Coworkers are geographically dispersed, which for some, might take some getting used to - but conferencing and collaboration tools are great.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great working transforming the business to operate as "One AT&T" because it seems to be working well.

    Pros

    Pay and benefits can't get any better. Retirement plan and 401k is also a plus. I would recommend job to anyone,

    Favoritism towards older reps. Hectic scedule. Strict attendance policy. More than likely will have long commute. Overall not a bad job experience.

    Advice to Management

    Be prepared to make this job your career. Good pay and great benefits make this your permanent job. Good luck.

    Pros

    great pay and great atmosphere even in office. all guys are flexible to work with.

    Cons

    No food cafe inside the building and even no place to chill around inside to have lunch or some.

    Just try to set up inside food cafe.

    people are smart. good work life balance. the work is challenging there are a lot of changes in the industry

    Pros

    1). Competent professionals. I continue to be impressed with the caliber of my team and leadership.

    2). Interesting work. I appreciate the challenges I face daily.

    3). Fair pay/benefits. I feel that the compensation package is fair for the work I do.

    Cons

    1). Pure size of company. It's difficult to not just be a "number" in this sort of environment.

    2). Promotional opportunites can be difficult to find. However, as with anything else in life, it's up to "you" to make opportunties, if you want 'em.

    I appreciate the efforts our leadership is making to make the team feel involved in the direction of the company.
