    Pros

    Great products
Overall a great company to work for
They pay well and treat their employees fine.
I personally would have stayed here over Verizon if they attempted to develop me, and saw the potential, instead of politics.

    Cons

    Politics is king here.
Coaching and development management style would be great if management would follow through.
Incompetent upper management makes moving up within the company difficult.

    Advice to Management

Alyssa Williams, Jace Barbin, Fred Devorough- You need to seriously look at what is going on within the retail environment. AT&T was great to work for but the environment and negative attitudes from many retail store managers and district managers is ridiculous. The retail environment needs a change, drastically. Sales Reps are the bread and butter, treat them well and they will work hard for you, though right now the climate within the stores is management against reps, and this isn't a healthy work environment. As an MBA graduate if I came in blind as a consultant and looked at the business and took one store at a time, I feel that many of the stores you currently have would fail within a year. Hope to work for the company again in a upper management level, but had to leave for monetary reasons. All the best.
