I worked at AT&T (Less than a year)

    Pros

The diversity in the work place. Overcoming the language barriers with customers, the fast paced environment.

    Cons

I didn't have any downside to working at AT&T.

    Advice to Management

None, my supervisor was hands on, he made himself available for coaching opportunities, he was never critical with his team members.

Its a salary position and sometimes you’ll work more than 10 hours a day, plus being micromanaged makes you lose motivation.
Sometimes weather is not convenient and we still have to be out.

Make it easier for the customer to change carriers.
