I worked at AT&T for more than a year

    Pros

The diversity in the work place. Overcoming the language barriers with customers, the fast paced environment.

    Cons

I didn't have any downside to working at AT&T.

    Advice to Management

None, my supervisor was hands on, he made himself available for coaching opportunities, he was never critical with his team members.

  2. The role is great, it beats being at a store.

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

More opportunities to create more sales and a better experience for the customer. Better scheduling than a retail store. You get to know your city since 60% of your time is spent driving.

    Cons

Its a salary position and sometimes you’ll work more than 10 hours a day, plus being micromanaged makes you lose motivation. Sometimes weather is not convenient and we still have to be out.

    Advice to Management

Make it easier for the customer to change carriers.

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

    I keep getting paid

    Cons

No training on how to be an AT&T employee. No warning that you did something wrong, they just send you a bill for what they think you did.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing executive musical chairs and saying it's better for everyone.
