    Stressful during peak times
    Overtime with short notice
    Sales goals can be hard to reach with the number of products offered in store
    Management gets shifted around a lot causing the store operations and setup to change frequently to

    Advice to Management

    Keep operations in stores seamless throughout the area. When managers shift every 6 months, it's difficult for employees to adjust to different expectations so often. Take time to be more available and present on the storefront, especially during peak hours of the week/day.

    Pros

    Discounts on services and benefits such as insurance and 401k.Hourly pay is good especially during holidays. Depending on your locations management does look out for you

    Cons

    Commissions are very low with high unrealistic goals. Unfortunately not all managers have your back when necessary. Retail locations are becoming customer service locations and pay does not reflect that

    Compensate reps the way they should be
