    I worked at AT&T part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Benefits ! I relocated from one store to another store & my co-workers all were great & fun people to work with . That’s kinda really why I stayed so long , because of the great people I was working with !

    Cons

They were only offering part time positions & giving less hours which wasn’t enough money. Their so big on saving money because they are trying to buy out other companies that they don’t really care how much their current employees are making .

    Advice to Management

Management at my first location was good. My second location management wasn’t all that great .

    Pros

Good pay and commission, great benefits, opportunities for advancement, great learning experience

    Cons

Schedule is based on seniority so you might get stuck with the worst schedule for a while and micro management is also a big downside

    Pros

Great pay, incentives, and benefits. They had alot of blitzes with food.

    Cons

Too big of a company. Transferring the customer to right place was a true issue. Some things were out of your control and you had to just let it go. Building outdated only one microwave to share with more than 30 people at a time.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pros: Decent pay for people without a college degree; excellent benefits; opportunities for career growth.

    Cons

Cons: Very stressful work environment especially in the retail sector; horrible work/life balance; very difficult to advance within AT&T unless your someones "buddy."; No sick days; Management can either be very helpful or grotesquely incompetent; Hard work isn't always rewarded.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a drastic change on the way this company promotes from within. Too many times I've worked with people who weren't equipped to lead a group but were promoted anyway because he/she was able to get a particular "goal."
