I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The money is great, good benefits, and half off all the services.

    Cons

The cons to this company you are given 8 points for a full year for attendance. Each day you miss is 1 point and if you reach the 8th you get fired. You better pray you don't get sick or your kids because those points will count agains you no matter if you are almost dying. Hours are based on seniority so if you are new get ready to close every day and no weekends. If you have great management the job won't be too bad but if your managers are terrible expect to have lazy coworkers, no management to back you up when a customer is mad, and pick up everybody's slack. With everything that is going on is not worth applying here because eventually they will close almost all the stores to open authorized retailers. A couple of years ago it was amazing to work for this company, maybe its this store that I was forced to move to that is making it miserable to work in, but I can't move anymore because surprice my job is frozen (probably getting surplused) so yeah get in here at your own risk

    Advice to Management

Just because you are a manager doesn't give you the right to be late all the time and give you attitude when we wonder where you are, back your hard employees up and hold lazy people accountable, don't take your best people for granted because one day we will just give up aswell.
