    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The benefits and discounts are great. The pay starts off ok but you do get 3 raises within a year.

    Cons

Poor management skills, often times you are micro managed but the managers doesn’t even know what they are looking for. You have coaching sometimes 3 times a day if you do not get a directv sale. Some managers have big heads for no reason. They do not care about you personally they only care about a sale.
You have no work life balance. It is so bad that they want you to work outside of work to get a sale. Ever since they purchased DTV they lost a whole lot more morals and respect for there customers and employees.
    High turn over rate.

    Advice to Management

You should have a college degree if you want to be a manager.
