    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Best company I've ever worked for, hands down. Highest quality equipment and programming available. Best picture, best pay, best everything. I worked/lived in Oklahoma during my employment and I only lost signal maybe a couple of times a year. Again, I built my own system and I built it to DirecTV standards and code... new coax, new wall plates...new everything is critical to performance.
Pay was fantastic, bonuses are amazing...providing you do all that you are supposed to in the company, all bonuses were obtainable.

    Cons

Company utilized subcontractors, and you may not get someone who is willing to put in the time or materials to do the job properly. This means a sub-standard install... loss of signal.... crappy service and unhappy customers.

Biggest con: Company was bought out by AT&T. ATT sucks on every level.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like gold. Happy employees means happy customers.
