    Great pay. Company pays for cell phone and travel.

    Cons

    Very small company. Sensitive to business cycles.

    Advice to Management

    Needs a few more employees. Would be nice to have different departments for specialization.

    Relatively well paid sales consultant,
    Fairly competent management,

    so much pressure to meet sales goals breads poor work environment
    competition based coworker relationships instead of teamwork

    Advice to Management

    place less weight on individual sales goals and more on store advancements. Show your team that when one succeeds then we all succeed, so everyone is working toward a better commission check.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I enjoyed my direct peers, they were a good group and we developed a family atmosphere.
    Excellent benefits, pension plan

    Cons

    The management is poor, they run the place like it's a bootcamp

    try treating your employees with respect and like adults
