    I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good pay plus good benefits, sometimes, also the employees are generally good to work with same with management. The hours are pretty reasonable, not to early not too late.

    Cons

    Micromanaged constantly, at the same time experiencing customers that are generally coming into the store to dispute a problem. Rarely are managers assuming you did your best and each month you will be chasing last years numbers get prepared to have an earful if you couldn’t have the customer purchase one of everything in the store.

    Advice to Management

    Give employees the benefit of the doubt, you might be surprised and realize that customers might enjoy the experience more if we weren’t always at their neck looking for them to empty their wallets and offer them an 800 number for any problems.

    Takes care of customer well and doesn't over bill.

    Cons

    Slow process, hence need to quicken.

    Advice to Management

    The management needs to look into to being a little more agile.
