    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

Enhanced training is available. Training extends over most occupations at AT&T. Are able to work remotely. Minimal supervision if organized and timely.

Never know if you will be "Surplused" or not. Layoffs are frequent and little advance warning. Remote work from home policies can change for no reason. May work at location where you have no collaborators to work with.

    Advice to Management

Be consistent and more open with communications about upcoming changes, whether remote work location or pending layoffs.
