I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is hourly and commission based pay. You are under a union as a Rep and get 6 month raises. You meet your goals you'll be making around $41K/year. If you show interest in the company and meeting/exceeding goals you will move up quickly. Great benefits and vacation after 6 months.

    Cons

You work long shifts but it's worth the money! With promotion you have to be in your current position for at least 1 year but that's so no one is set up for failure.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes they have to see things as a reps perspective with customers.

Store managers should be required to take more training to understand the products/services as well as the reps
