    Cons

No actual sick days. Employee "personal days off" must be scheduled in advance instead of being used for sick days.

    Pros

Large company, many opportunities, if you can relocate it can be great. Smaller markets, you are going to be limited.

    Cons

Constantly asking for different items to focus sales on. Schedule changes every week, cannot get into any sort of routine.

    Advice to Management

Limit the number of focal point in each transaction. Give SET SCHEDULES.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Easy, good pay, good benefits

    Cons

dealing with angry customers, having to explain extra costs as a customer, lack of cohesiveness accross stores, agents, and national retailers, training is in most cases is ineffective. overcomplicated CFT (customer feedback) system by which a bonus structure is based but based on a "team" effort rather than the individual scores it is calculated. EX. you can have perfect scores but because of a few bad scores by other team mates, your bonus is withheld.

    Advice to Management

if you have never worked in a store but are involved in making policy, for god's sake spend some time in a store and then try to make the same policies.

    Pros

One pro to working for ATT is that you will always have the ability to advance if you want pursue it.

    Cons

Lack of support for sales reps, have you ever stood on your feet for 8 hours day in day out? Do you know what its like to have your goals raised and your pay either cut or stay the same? Well if not come work as a sale rep in one of your retail stores and see what its like. And the customer service surveys that customer fill out makes no actual since, how is 4's and 5's a bad thing?

    Advice to Management

Get out of your offices and actually come work as a sales rep in your retail store, and see what sales reps and store management go through day in day out. And don't raise goals unless you raise pay.
