I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

At&t is generally upbeat and relaxed place to work, if you dont take sales criticism harshly.

    Cons

They require you to hit targets that dont pay you. They consistently reduce commission nationally every few months despite how well the company performs. Place is riddled with office politics in upper management.

    Advice to Management

Pay your sales men better. When at&t performs well, so should everyone in the company.

  2. "The company only cares about money"

I have been working at AT&T (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, fun staff, great discounts, and benefits.

    Cons

Work typical retail hours which sucks (includes weekends, holidays, and up till 11pm), managers move through stores SO fast, managers never see any discipline from upper management - they get shifted around if a problem arises and everyone turns the other direction, you're another statistic on a spreadsheet - you have a crappy month - you get coached, you have 2 crappy months - kiss any promotions goodbye.

    Advice to Management

    N/a
