    Advice to Management

Your ASM's and RSM's are never on one accord, and are not informed enough to effectively help RSC's with day to day task.

    Pros

Pay is excellent if you can sell and meet goals that's about the extent of the positives

    Cons

Management is verbally abusive, they call it coaching and it will leave you feeling worthless and I'm one of the top sellers in my area but still they act as though I'm nothing.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your people that work their tails off

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great pay if you are a people person and extrovert. This job takes effort if not. If you take time to study the product, you will want to sell/share w/ others

    Cons

I really hated the fact that every Saturday the staff was being threatened with their job if they did not meet the quotas.

    Advice to Management

    Be careful who you are

    Pros

Decent top-end pay, good benefits, and retirement package is acceptable. As an outside repair tech, you will not be micromanaged.

    Cons

AT&T believes they own you. If you work as a technician, you will be there seven days a week, ten to twelve hours a day most of the year.

    Advice to Management

After forty hours a week, the law of diminishing returns on technicians becomes apparent. Abusing the employees is not a long-term strategy.
