Managment not reliable.
Communication between retail and customer support not clearly outlined.
Conflicting mission statements.
Poor product development and implication especially around digital life.
Promotion not based on performance based more on who you know.
Poor sick time point structure.
Advice to Management
Continue to gain knowledge and grow so that Reps and colleagues can reach out to you for help and guidance. Do not become comfortable in your ways. Become more understanding with the rep/customer interactions. Follow through with actions and rep/customer request to keep a professional environment.
