    Pros

    competitive pay, commission is great. great opportunity to learn about the latest technology while being part of a company that is fast-forward in the industry which keeps you connected at home and at work.

    Cons

    limitations on management positions. it is much more difficult to obtain a management position while outside of the company.

    Advice to Management

    amazing culture to work in which constantly continues to evolve.
