    Pros

Good pay and nice discounts for employees.

    Cons

Opportunities for advancement are usually overshadowed by nepotism and favoritism. You almost feel you can't be "too good" at what you do because managers will try to keep you instead of let you advance, since your numbers make them look good. Attendance policy can make you feel like a 3rd grader.

    Advice to Management

Consider qualified candidates who shine for promotions instead of saving positions for your kids or your friends' kids.
