    Pros

Great benefits, great pay, good employee discount, commission structure is balanced, paid holidays, good leadership, incentives for over achievers. Tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Work hours are long and if you’re looking for a work, life balance, might not be the job for you.

    Pros

    Good compensation and working situation

    Cons

No career opportunities and more oriented to "Business as usual" attitude

    Advice to Management

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Discounts on services and benefits such as insurance and 401k.Hourly pay is good especially during holidays. Depending on your locations management does look out for you

    Cons

Commissions are very low with high unrealistic goals. Unfortunately not all managers have your back when necessary. Retail locations are becoming customer service locations and pay does not reflect that

    Advice to Management

Compensate reps the way they should be

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay was pretty great especially compared to other jobs and with a lack of previous experience, I considered myself pretty fortunate.
Good benefits 401k, pension, health insurance, 50% bill discount and on in store items.

    Cons

Extreme amount of pressure to meet sales goals, even if they're unrealistic.
While the pay was good it slowly decreased over the years, while the workload INCREASED quite a bit.
A lot of deceit, cheating and lying going on to make it ahead.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits. Health insurance, wireless perks, discounts on Directv and Digital Life. My upper management was the best. Good work - life balance.

    Cons

Unfortunately after having a long career (16 years) with AT&T beginning with Cingular Wireless. Starting from a sales consultant moving up the ranks to assistant manager to store manager then transitioning to the Indirect channel working with the exclusive partners making them a strong part of the organization. Found out that AT&T didn’t care about the ones that made them big. I thought I was part of a family working at AT&T but found out I was just a number.

    Advice to Management

Advice is not to management more the President and the ones that decide who and what channels get surplus. Instead of thinking of shareholders think about the employees that keep AT&T a major player in the Wireless industry. Not a good moved because you have lost a customer for life and told all my friends and family to ditch AT&T as their wireless provider and look for alternative forms for TV and wireless.

    Pros

Strong company culture, commitment to diversity, commitment to development

    Cons

Internship program varied tremendously between locations

    Advice to Management

Some students had phenomenal internship experiences, while others - like myself - were underwhelmed. Loved my co-workers, but there were opportunities to make the experience much better.

    Cons

Not any at all in my option. Even if I wanted to I couldn’t think of anything bad to say

    Advice to Management

    Not be very coachy

    Pros

A lot of great people to work there

    Cons

Technology is great but it takes jobs. They would rather go outside the company than to work with internal. Upper management says one thing while lower managers do another.
