I worked at AT&T for more than 10 years

    Pros

You have the possibility of making some life long friends. Good pay as long as you stay out of management.

    Cons

Don't believe a thing any manager tells you. They are NOT your friend and will stab you in the back if any of them think it will help them get ahead.

    Advice to Management

It doesn't ever do any good to give management advice. They now everything even if they were lettuce flutters for years.

    Advice to Management

When management emphasizes customer service over meeting arbitrary performance objectives, the customer will benefit. Tech morale is at an all time low. Happy employees are more productive employees.
