    Laid back. No constant pressure.

    Cons

    Low pay. If youre in the bosy side of the plant youll be really dirty. Trim goes home early often

    Easy access to middle management; flexible scheduling and work/life balance

    Not much opportunity for growth; difficult to have views of employees considered by senior management

    Pros

    good money, work is not so hard [for me of course, and I thing I am one of the hardest worker in my shop], we working inside, it is advantage, specialy in winter [in the summer it is worse].

    Cons

    bad toilet, we need ventilation there, many workers are lazy and stupid

    it is hard to say [write] for now, I shoud thing about it, I am tired....For Example: We have many safety stupid rules which are making our work harder and we dont need them [but people who dont work with us thing we do]....

    Good managers but higher management very slow in adapting to changing enviroments

    high turnover is never a good thing but if that is part of your business plan then continue as-is
