    Pros

Flexible Schedule Owners and Management are very open to suggestions Good compensation Company has a great vision Not afraid to play the game with the "big boys" Direct access to owners and management

    Cons

Start thinking big - don't get caught up on small details preventing you to become a large world-known entity. Stop treating the company as a life-style business and you'll have a huge success.
