Pros
From my own experience, position and stage of life, I am grateful to work in a Company as Avoxi! I have flexibility in my schedules and 100% remote working is possible! I feel my hard work has been recognized through the years. I have been appreciated and respected! The company is growing and there is a lot of opportunities to grow within the company if you have the skills or desire to learn!

AVOXI truly values its employees. When you fill out a survey providing feedback you can expect it to be taken seriously. Not quite satisfied with your current role? There's a really good chance that you can find another role that might be a better fit. That wasn't what you hoped for? Ask for another change. I have seen several folks change roles as they develop and grow. Others have a clear path and are promoted within the same track. Opportunities abound.
Cons
Some teams are still quite small, so there can be a heavy workload at times. Meh; there's a reason that "work" is a 4 letter word.

AVOXI is a very stable company with startup passion. With about 120 employees, everyone's work directly impacts the deliverables, which gives meaning to every task. The company direction is very clear and management does a good job with consistently communicating expectations and goals. There's lot of room for career development and everyone is encouraged to provide feedback/solutions to processes that could be improved. Management is continuously keeping track of employee happiness and making sure they show their appreciation to all employees. The Charleston office has amazing furniture and coworkers are a lot of fun. It's an enjoyable place to spend the week.
