always got support from head office. During the pandemic they care about staff's mental health more about the profit. I won't leave this company if it's not because we are moving interstate and they don't have vacancy at the city i'm moving to.

Great when you have an excellent team If you have a store manager who listens to the team, it's an amazing company to work for.

Easy job. Good company culture. Nice boss.

Shifts might be very random. Sometimes u need to arrive at the store at 6am, but sometimes u finish at 10pm.

- Good number of hours given to staff per week - Friendly floor staff but poorly trained/unqualified team leaders
Cons
- Toxic management team that are not genuine and are extremely disorganised - No opportunity for advancement - Management team don't listen to staff and often implement new policies that last a month or so before being abandoned - Early start times, sometimes 5 am and late-night finishes such as 12am can disrupt body clock and leads to poor work-life balance
