    Opportunities to grow in one's career; international job opportunities; exposure to industry-leading projects and initiatives; very good IT work environment

    Cons

    Knowledge if the French language opens many doors quicker; late start and late finish work hours; expensive surroundings; colleagues tend not to have spend time in an actual insurance company

    Advice to Management

    Consider hiring staff with drive as well as with experience on the ground rather than with a particular university degree.

    Pros

    international environment is stimulating, dynamique and young employees, easy to make contact other employees. a good quality of life and work balance can be obtained.

    Cons

    salary raise is not enough if you stay in the same position. Internal mobility opportunity is difficult to obtain.

    Good package and possibilities to work abroad. AXA is generous in training. AXA is focusing on digital and diversity.

    international atmosphere, good pay ,nice building
    overall the ambiance is good for a intern

    Cons

    interns are not so important and have low presence
    the canteen food is not very good
    the structure is a bit beaucratic
