    Work from home for some people (depending on your manager), work life balance, some nice co-workers

    Cons

    They are constantly restructuring. I have had 2 bosses in less than a year. Everyone is afraid of getting laid at any time or their job moving to Charlotte.

    Great benefits, but not sure how much longer this will last

    Cons

    Management's lack of response to personnel and performance issues. Uneven work distribution. Too many changes in directions. A lot of work for those that perform well. Virtually no work life balance.
