    Big organization
    Maternity leave
    No WFH
    Paid Maternity Leave
    Can't think of anything else

    Cons

    Micro management
    Outdated tools and technology
Bullish ,intimidating ,control freak management style
    very regulated culture
lack of freedon even at senior position in terms of taking decision
Some managers are bullish and ignorrant of latest technology trends.
Part-time benefits only on paper and given on partiality basis
    Many talented people leaving quickly

    Advice to Management

Give management reposbility to people who have experiance from other tech companies.
Managers who have only and only AXA experiance from many years completely lack exposure , knowledge of latest tech trends. To cover their technology ignorance they aquire micro management and school teacher style which is higly annoying to experianced professionals

I worked at AXA UK full-time

    Pros

Market rate salaries and good bonus scheme/benefits (Although pay scales are laughable, you tend to be on the lower end..)

    Cons

Toxic Environment, A real problem with bullying and a weak HR Dept that won't deal with it head on (Risk averse). Too many meetings, too much politics, too many bureaucrats and as a result you are overworked and stressed and adding no real value to the company! Leaders have no backbone and can't make decisions (or are afraid to) you are generally treated like a naughty schoolboy.

    Advice to Management

Cut the meetings, cut the BS, sort out the bullying culture. Employ people with real talent not "gift of the gab" "University of Life" types with a chip on their shoulder.

I have been working at AXA UK (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nice office and colleagues
    Free coffee and tea
Relaxed atmosphere but manages are bullies

    Cons

Too much politics and being looked down upon by managers
    No progression

    Advice to Management

They already know their managers have no people skills only technical knowledge yet they're promoted. These managers are destroying peoples careers with their zero people skills and zero care for their employees.

Formal training and proper vetting before "techies" are made managers.

  8. "Underpaid, intense work hours with no room for upward movements and training - AXA PPP International."

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Benefits which you can get it from any big companies.

    Cons

    Very poor pay
Very intense working hours, so no room for upward movement, training
Career development is limited due to the high volume of work
    Very high turn over
No pay review ( apart from a VERY small percentage of yearly increase ) when you hit your end of year targets. Very demoralising
The environment can be very stressful due to constant push to get things done.
No pay for overtime and no job family apart from Customer Service
Too much politics - Hard work is not appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Employ some skilful managers . If pay increase is not available , then don't give any P&R targets. What is the drive?
