Global motility, flexible work schedules, educational and personal support from team leaders and management, 1 day in the office, world class offices, intelligent and driven team members, supportive colleagues, 401K match, unlimited sick days, little to no micromanagement, exceptional quality of life never before seen in an "9 to 5" job, exceptional managers and team leads also highly knowledgeable and personable. Some unit managers grew from Assistant roles.
