Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI have been working at AZ Home Care full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Most managers are pretty reasonable in their expectations. The employees are generally nice.
Cons
The Owner is vacant, uninterested in his employees, rarely congratulates for success, they talk about their mission and valuing the employees but it does not match their actions, pay is on the lower side of ranges, the problem is at the top.

Doesn't RecommendI worked at AZ Home Care full-time
Pros
Work is very easy and they do not really know what they are doing as far as the revenue side of things so you can take your time. There are a select few people that are quite nice.
Cons
Mean girl attitudes, when you try and help they act like you are stealing from them, manager is new and doesn't like confrontation so they get away with murder, one person has been there forever and is just horrible to everyone, some of the things that person has done could warrant assault charges, not friendly, not nice, would not recommend.
