I have been working at AZZ full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I'm both socially fulfilled and intellectually challenged. I like juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing and then efficiently executing those tasks.

    Cons

Can't think of any. It's actually weird to work somewhere that isn't a social/emotionally toxic work place. The supportiveness takes some getting used to.
