    Pros

    I get to work from home daily with the option to go to the office if I please. Very flexible.

    Cons

    Some days are long hours. The work is tedious but rewarding. Aarons has a great team of support and offers good benefits.

    I have been working at Aaron's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Ok pay. 2 weeks vacation after 6 months. Sundays off.

    Cons

    No work-life balance. Need cold feelings to take away from people who don't pay.

    Advice to Management

    Be more concerned with the customers well being.

    Have to work every weekend
    11 to 12 hour days
    High employee turn over rate
    Over worked and under paid
    Franchise management do not follow corporate guidelines
    Very hostile customer base
    Very little room for growth
    Can get burnt out at the job very easily
    You have very little time outside of work for personal events

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your staff and let them know you care about their service to the company.
    Staff properly so the work weight is distributed evenly among the employees

    Pros

    High level of pay for what is expected. Vacation time is 2 weeks after one year, 3 weeks after five years and 4 weeks after ten years.

    Cons

    Sometimes late nights. Insurance not great for amount of money it costs. There are different tiers but the only affordable ones don't offer great coverage

    Find better health benefits at more affordable prices

    Ah man I don't even know where to start. Honestly , worst company I've EVER worked for, management sucks. Unprofessional. Unorganized.

    Pros

    * The culture is very friendly and positive.
    * They have an activity community that has activities for the employees regularly.
    * Management is very friendly and easy to talk to. They listen to their employee. They are very transparent.

    Cons

    * If you work yourself up in the company, then do not expect to be paid market value. I was being paid half of what others were making in my chosen profession.

    Advice to Management

    Pay market value for employees who work their self's up in the company. These are you most loyal employees.

    40 hours a week , some bounses

    Cons

    a lot of long days , poor planing , you are going to be the bottom of the barrel and do that hardest work .

    Need to work harder and get off your phones!
